Yes, we are certified with ASTA and CLIA with a $5M general liability insurance policy and Errors & Omissions Insurance.

No, we do not provide refunds. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before a reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
We are available 7 days a week via email. Our phone hours are Tuesday & Wednesday form 7:30 am – 4:00 pm; and Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5 pm – 9 pm. Yes, we will provide a recurring monthly payment schedule upon request. You should try every month to make a payment. If you fail to make a payment for 30 days your reservations will automatically be cancelled.
You will be sent a customized payment plan via email which you will use to make your monthly payments.
You will be responsible for paying the additional cost for the room occupancy change and replacing the person before the reservation. If a person drops out of the group after the reservation, there will be an additional cost for the name change.
Each client will receive an itinerary via email 30 days before the event.
A valid U.S. passport is required for international travel. A valid driver’s license or ID is required for travel within the U.S. Everyone will be required to have their REAL ID by May 2025.
